Within10 days of the delivery date, we provide free size or style swaps of comparable or less expensive items.


In case you wish to claim for a refund, your item should be in such a condition as when you received it, unused and with its tags. Notice that for U.S. orders an additional $5* restocking fee will apply and be deducted from your refund. Restocking fees could be higher for overseas orders.


For a legitimate return, please send back your item or items within ten days of creating the pre-paid label.
